Ingredients:
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 small avocado, diced
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tostada shells
- Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, sliced jalapeños, shredded cabbage or lettuce, hot sauce
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, diced red onion, cucumber, red bell pepper, and chopped cilantro.
- In a separate small bowl, mash the diced avocado with a fork until creamy.
- Add the mashed avocado, mayonnaise, sour cream/Greek yougurst, and lime juice to the tuna mixture. Mix gently until well combined.
