Refreshing Watermelon Salad for Summer

Hello, fellow naturists!

As the summer sun warms our skin, there's nothing more refreshing than a delicious, chilled watermelon salad. Today, I'm excited to share a simple yet delightful watermelon salad recipe that's perfect for hot days. This salad is not only a feast for the taste buds but also for the eyes, with its vibrant colors and fresh ingredients. Making this salad is as easy as a summer breeze—just like our dress code! 

​Ingredients:
  • 4 cups of cubed watermelon
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  1. In a large bowl, combine the watermelon cubes, cucumber slices, feta cheese, mint leaves, and red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour to let the flavors meld.
